Bilston Legal was established in 2017 by Principal Legal Practitioner Alana Bilston.
Admitted to practice in 2005, Alana has now chosen to focus on the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.
Estate planning can be more than just preparing a simple Will. With experience in property law and business/commercial matters this knowledge assists with ensuring that all aspects of estate planning are considered. This includes examining how property is held, determining whether asset protection measures are necessary, considering more complex testamentary arrangements for beneficiaries with special needs or blended families, and the review of control for trusts and companies.
Quite often when examining estate planning issues, other matters surface that need to be dealt with; in particular family, commercial or property law matters. Focusing solely on estate planning, Alana is able to direct her clients to reputable legal practitioners and accredited specialists who practice in these other facets of law.
Growing up in the Dandenong Ranges, Alana joins her husband David Bilston in operating a business within their local community. Bilston Legal is located within the PureLife Physiotherapy practice operated by David. Together they provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
